wow. i got it thank you guys.. that was a car i was contemplating on buying but had not idea what kind of wheels...
Now i know they are ugly kind... I ended up buying a car with stock 19's thank you all for all your smart comments...

I would argue that he got what he needed out of the thread... He learned that they are low quality, unattractive wheels that have little value. I don't think any of us actually know who makes them... because they appear to be a generic, knock-off brand.
