Here's the VID of mine shooting flames @ 1:45 and a still frame. I am running on 94 Octane.
I bet most catless shoot flames but you probably don't notice it

High flow cats won't shoot flames. And mixing 95 and 91 can never make above 95 you would be around 92-93

yes I love it I had a few friends following me when i put on my test pipes and deleted cats they said you can see flames but i never bothered to video it.
