I previously bought this car twice - yes, twice. I first bought it in 2015, sold it to a forum member in 2017 then bought it again in 2019 from a dealer in Kentucky. So - I am both the 5th and 7th owners. The car is a lightly modded straight garage queen that barely sees rain and is stored winters. I only drive it on nice days in Buffalo (rare in our 3 month summer, put a whopping 1,000 miles on it last year) so it's time for it to go. Seat bolsters and steering wheel coating are both still in pretty good shape.

The Basics:

Mechanical/Service Notes
Zero mechanical issues.
No leaks.
Rod bearings replaced with VAC bearings @ 46K professionally by Cantech in Syracuse, NY (pic taken during that service added below, old bearing pics posted in the example thread, they were in really good shape which means they weren't ready yet and hopefully an indicator this is a "better" built motor that doesn't eat bearings)
Original Throttle Actuators
Brakes/pads are somewhere in the middle of their life.

M/T and differential fluids changed recently.
Washer fluid pumps replaced recently.
Windshield seal is in good condition, no cracking.
It is very clean underneath and has seen snow only once in my ownership.

Mods:
OEM LCI tail lights installed
OEM 359 wheels w/Michelin 4S tires (NO RASH)
AFE intake
Corsa exhaust w/Fabspeed X-pipe

I understand exhaust (like everything else on a car) is subjective but I think this is one of the best, really lets the motor sing without being obnoxious.

The "Bad"
A scuff was repainted on the front bumper - driver side corner - not during my ownership. I don't think the paint shop did the best job, it's just okay. I added a detailed picture of this part.
Some small (.1")rock chips here and there on the bumper, hood and A-pillar.
The whole front end (hood, bumper, fenders) was resprayed before I bought it the first time in 2014.
Paint could maybe use a light polish/freshen up but it's pretty good overall.
Tires are from 2017 so they will need to be replaced at some point but they are in good shape, no cracks etc.
Light hazing in the inner parts of the tail lights, this is common.

No accidents.
No liens.
I have a current Carfax and will provide it to anyone interested.

I think there's still a little "hangover" from last year, although according to Manheim, overall used car prices have popped off the bottom and are headed up. I also noticed most dealerships don't have many cars to sell on their lots and I received an email from the local BMW dealer wanting to buy my car. It'll be a cold day in .... before I sell this car to a dealer.

"Interesting" considering interest rates have been slowly climbing... but then inflation is still high.. but these cars are getting harder to find clean with low miles... so many factors.

I know! I searched for years looking for a sparkling graphite one... but ended up with black because everything else was right. I think in all my searches, and I look every so often... I've only come across a half-dozen space gray or sparkling graphite stripper cars.

Yeah Space Grey single hump 6mt has been nearly impossible to find. Beautiful car though, and great price. GLWS

Priced too low in my opinion, 53k, 6MT, single hump, carbon roof, super clean...is it the 08 factor and 6 owners? Feel like this should be in the $38-$40 range. Its almost identical too mine other than the color, mine is Saphire Graphite with 29k miles...and an E90. Was in same boat as you looking for one and actually found 2, also have a 145k I use as my daily. GLWS, don't take a dime under $33k
