Feeler: Lease Takeover 13 Frozen White E92 with Upgrades
UPDATED on 9/4/14: 2013 Frozen M3 E92 (1 of 50) with 5,900 miles with many upgrades: Due to not driving the car enough, I am looking to go through BMW Financial to transfer the lease over to another private party (Pretty simple process facilitated by BMW). Car is in mint condition (inside/outside) with no track use and garage kept. Not a single rock chip, dig or scratch anywhere. Car is way under allowable miles at this point 14 months into the lease. Includes all of the M Performance Parts; MP Exhaust, CF Splitters, CF Mirror caps, CF Rear Spoiler, M Alcantora Steering Wheel and Pedals Other upgrades; Xpel Matte Clear Bra on full hood, front bumper, fenders, headlights, spiltters, door handles and rocker panels. Also, Supercharged 2,500 miles ago with VF620 kit, test pipes and P2 guage. Just had oil changed for 2nd time with a positive Blackstone report that can be provided. Lease includes NJ 7% taxes, BMW Tire & Wheel Protection and $5,000 Lease turn-in protection. Total Lease payment is $1,049.50 with 22 months remaining with 31,000 miles left!!! So over 1,400 miles per month allowed. Current buyout as of 9/3/14 including taxes is $75k ($85.5K MSRP) and residual value is $51K at the end of the lease on 7/16. Two options I am offering: 1) Take over lease for remaining 22 months, pay BMW $500 transfer fee and provide me $5,000 for modifications ($17k+ invested for VF 620 Supercharger, P2 guage, test pipes, MPE exhaust, M Steering Wheel, and M CF Spoiler) 2) Take over lease for remaining 22 months and pay BMW $500 transfer fee but I will remove VF Supercharger, P2 Guage, test pipes and M Perf Exhaust (replaced with Stock Black Satin tipped exhaust) You can email me at mcasseba@yahoo.com if you have questions. The car is located in NJ. Last edited by mcasseba; 09-04-2014 at 10:25 AM.. Reason: Updated Sales Information |

Due to a few asking, I would also remove supercharger and put back stock exhaust as an option. Than the buyer could just assume lease and cover $500 transfer fee.

I have seen this car and it is as clean as he says. I think its better than when it left the showroom floor. Very tastefully done and would make someone very happy, especially at that price.

Is your car still available for lease takeover?
