How bad are white wheels to clean?

Considering either white or bronze colored wheels for my MR e93. I just have a feeling with the dust storm of break dust the M3 creates, the white will drive me insane to keep it looking white and not gray or brown.

Depends on how you drive, how often you drive, where you live, what kind of pads you have, etc etc

When I had white rims on a previous car, the 1st thing I did before putting them on my car was waxing them (just like you would with a car). This made them a lot easier to brush off the brake dust and beads would just form if it rains.

I would say bronze, white is a pain no matter what you do to keep them clean. They will always get dirty and become high maintenance. I have an AW M3 and it drives me nuts at times.

Just coat your wheels in this stuff. Then dirt/dust just washes right off.

Ive seen both and both looks off on a MR...

Black is the only way... Other wheel color on MR just doesnt look quite smooth... RICER too much going on ... unless you have exterior mods to back it up then i guess its fine.. Bronze though its too JDM...

I assume it's just paint, and just like the car's body, it's paint. So whatever you like to use or already use on your car, use that.

i did today. my guess is i wasted my time as all the brake dust will cook on there and make my wheels look like crap after a couple days anyways.

Every time you go out for a drive you will come home and look at your wheels and say really....I just cleaned them .

honestly black sucks also. you get the rotors wet and they rust then you run it and your wheels instantly look like garbage.
