You would like it over here. They love the hell out of some soccer! It's funny though I was in Koblenz for a concert and they were playing American football! Not just a pickup game either. It was a tournament.

That's over 1/3 of the population of the country.. Try and find something else that is more widely appreciated in the US than Football.
I'm just saying that there are more people who don't care about watching football than there are that do. So given that the contest wasn't only open to football fans, the odds were pretty good that some guy who tapes his penis between his legs was going to win.

This i don't get. I get that the superbowl is the only football game many will see this season. I just don't get why someone would watch it for the football and not watch any other games. This superbowl will likely be a good game (if the Giants win) but there were plenty of other great games on this season. Tons of good games.

We used to get the sunday ticket so my wife could see all the packer games, being from Wisconsin and all. But now i'm glad we get it cause some times you just get a couple of yawn-fests on the network.

I watch the English Premier League but my second fav is the Bundesliga...very similar in terms of being attacking-minded and fast-paced games.

The only sport I watch regularly is F1. I've always been more of a car guy than a sports guy. I do like watching football but I don't care about it. The most appealing part of F1 is that I enjoy watching the entire field of drivers without claiming a die hard allegiance to one team or driver.

I get ya. I used to get up early and watch all the F1 races. But this was back when there was alot more action in the races. Now with a DVR it's nice cause i can just skim through the boring parts. Maybe i'm wrong but it seems like sports car racing doesn't get the coverage it used to. Love going to the 24 and 12 hour races in Daytona and Sebring.

I used to only watch bucs games primarily, but now it seems that Sunday is mostly consumed by the watching of many football games. And not just because the bucs games are blacked out!!

I made it pretty clear that about 40% do not care, not 100%.
Couldn't the same be said about viewers of any program?

Don't get me started, my family has been season ticket holders since 1976. I buy 8 fricking seats every year and i can't watch from my TV if i want to.... gezzz.

No, they black it out as well unless you're registered location is like 75 miles away from the stadium.

Last year i could watch the Bucs on my NFL Sunday Ticket iPad app and just send it to the TV. But about 3/4 way through the season the lawyers stopped them from running that feed.

This black out business is BS and i think it only makes things worse. However it does make going to the game a tiny bit more special. Until they lose 11 in a row..... At least we have a coach now, i think that's good news.

Hey guys, I know for a fact that people watching the game don't care about it.

I'm a mind reader, ya heard?

I wonder if his tax bill for $60K in income will come as a shock to him.

I love football.

This kind of football. REAL football(football is played with your foot/feet and with a round ball)

Our stadium(currently Nr 4 in the Dutch Honour Division)
I live about 500 yards from this stadium, my hometown:

And last summer we did a tour in this stadium. The worlds best football club EVER!

TBH I don't understand the American Football rules at all, sorry.
