True... my wife doesn't want any pink in her steak... I'll cut hers open if I'm not sure.

Took her to a really nice steakhouse called Ruth's Chris here in San Diego... it was embarrassing! She sent her filet back twice. They had to butterfly it to get it how she wanted. I've done Omaha Steaks... we've got a good meatmarket here in Poway called Bisher's... she couldn't care. She likes it very very well done.
