Too much? Or missing Something?

Okay guys im about to add the SWS-8 subs to my E92 M with Premium Sound and i've almost understood everything i need to get for the job, but i just need some advice as to what i do need and dont need in the process. Can you guys help me out?

(Two) 2-ohm SWS-8 subs
Rockford Fosgate P300-2 channel Amp
Rockford Fosgate 3Sixty.2 Signal Processor & OEM Interface
Technic Harness w/ LC6I LOC
Spacers
Amp Wiring Kit

Am i missing anything? Or do i not need something listed? Thanks again to Everyone who has done this in the past!

No need for the 3SIXTY or the LC6i, only an LC2i for this application.

The only counter to what Technic says (and I think he's used to have oodles of tweaking ability since he has totally bypassed the OEM system)

You are going to want an infrasonic filter (to keep the SWS from breaking up with lower frequencies), the ability to adjust phase (to integrate with stock system and position of the woofers), the ability to tune the system with a parametric eq (to fill in any major holes in the usable frequency response), and finally the ability to adjust the volume level (not the amplitude of eq point) to suite you tastes for different types of music. For example, I find myself dialing it up for rock, and dialing it down for rap/hip hop. All of this adjustability is going to help you get the most out of the SWS - but that is assuming you want to take the time to tune it. The biggest issue I faced was dealing with the 100-200Hz hole in the system left by the SWS subs compared to the stock woofers that cover a bit of mid-bass.

The LC2i has a remote volume option - so all you need is an amp with some good processing. The JL audio 500/1v2 is pretty good in this regard, but a larger footprint.

I chose a 3sixty (and a cheaper amp) because I could tweak things remotely in the cabin while listening. Though the issue I have now is that the 3sixty is getting flaky with the speaker level inputs, so I'm putting one of Technic's passive LOCs in front of it.

I also ordered a connector to plug the amp wiring harness into the OEM power bus at the battery.

I also ordered the CD-changer trunk trim to get space to install the amp and processor. Note that the processor in the pic is an old one that died, replaced with the 3sixty.

You will also need a dremel tool to chip away some of the structural ribs in the sub enclosures and foam for making gaskets. The SWS subs require about 0.5" deeper mounting that the stock units. I wish there was a nice gasket kit you could buy to make the install easier in this regard.

i think your thinking of the spacers for the subs. i think the spacers and speaker gaskets are two different things.
