The same problem!!!!!
Hi, I got the same problem. I'm from California and found this X6 http://adamscarstore.com/index.php/p...w-x6-xdrive35i
Price is 44000$!!!!!!!! So I called them and some guy his name is Erik sent me a Contract and buyers order. So What seems dangerous: 1. He found somebody who will deliver me a car to Cali for 800$ just and he fount it just for 5 min!!!! And here is a distance 2000 ml. 2. They are giving in the contract 7 day money back after you will receive a car in case of some problems with a car!!!! I'm 4 years in car business, none will give this. 3. They didn't ask my dealer license copy before making a contract just take the info that i've send them in email. 4. They also send me invoice and the wire info, interesting thing: name of the Account is - MOTORS CENTER INC. 5. I found this http://steinautos.com/index.php/preowned-inventory , this is totally different company and it's in Utah, but the inventory is the same. 6. All the inventory, as the Carfax is telling us at their website, are under the dealer sale at the Baton Rouge,LA So what do you think?????????? |

I agree, it must be a scam. I also found SteinAuto. Heck, even the car picture backgrounds show different trees buildings between cars.
The worst part is, the pricing is only slightly better (say $5K cheaper), so you want to believe it's not a complete scam but a good deal. |

Hi again. So, I asked this guy to send me a copy of the title and copy of their dealer license to my email. They disappeared!))) No calls at all and no replies!
By the way I called again in the morning to Stein Autos, and what do you think?))) They answered as Adams Car store and sales persons name was Mark, but when I asked him that I'm calling to Stein Autos in Utah he was done))))))))) 30 seconds he was stuttering!!!!! Than he told me that they have a branch in Utah but the cars are in Alabama, are believe in that?)))) Me not. If you wanna try, be very attentive and go personally to Alabama but not alone! |
