yes, you would just need to swap over your rear shock mount but front are the same. Take a look at the pic it will make more sense.

so if i install this non-edc kw v3 to my m3, my edc button will not work as usual? right?

Even with the EDC KW v3 your stock EDC function won't work. Once you replace the EDC shock with an aftermarket shock you lose the functionality.
