M3 found. Opinions needed.

Long story short. Found a 2009 m3 e90 online, but it has 53k miles on it with no warranty. It\'s priced at 39.9. My main concern is the mileage for an 09 and also no warranty. It\'s the combination I\'ve been looking for for a while now, 1 owner, no repairs according to the Car Fax report. So what do you guys think? Should I continue being patient or pull the trigger? I\'m coming from a 08 e90 335i so I\'m pretty excited about this.

Pull the trigger but I don't think you should pay over 38k. I think 40 is too much. Good luck man
