Sorry to have to add you to the registry.

As such, the law firm handling the suit is hoping to speak with anyone from New Jersey who has had rod-bearing issues with their E9x M3.

So, if we have anyone in NJ that has experienced rod bearing failure, it'd be awesome, for the sake of the community, if you reached out to the firm handling this.
Does the firm know about the blown motor registry?? Just PM a few members and I'm sure they'd find people willing to participate.

I hope this firm is up to the task. Seems to me that the firm should have anticipated the motion to dismiss and filed accordingly with the proper represenative from New Jersey. Pliminary stuff. Then there's the issue wether the suit should be filed in State or Federal court. Motions and delays will happen before it even gets up and running.

This is gonna take a long time and some deep pockets.....
Wish them luck.
