Received today 8 pics from the BMW coupe 4 series

People bought the E30 M3 and loved it.

The E36 M3 came out, and E30 owners scoffed. But people bought the E36 M3 and loved it, even if the E30 owners weren't convinced.

The E46 M3 came out, and E36 owners scoffed. But people bought the E46 and loved it, even if the E36 owners weren't convinced.

The E9x M3 came out, and E46 owners scoffed. But people bought the E9x and loved it, even if the E46 owners weren't convinced.

It's only natural for us here to scoff at the F80 etc. But you can guess that people are going to buy it and love it, even if many folks here are never convinced.

As for pics in the OP, there will always be an LCI even if there's no time to substantially change what is for now the 4er coupe. Profile is OK, but the rear is way over done. The ever conspicuous hoodline just kills the front for me, and the integrated-with-double kidney grille-headlamps just look so non-BMW'esque.

Think the new M3 and 4 will be badass. Can't wait to see them, just hope they can perform on the track. Would think a sub 7:50 ring time or better yet 7:40

i dont like the big chunky opening on the lower fascia in the front then they repeat it just as ugly on the rear.

The interior makes me want to go and throw a baseball. it looks like a Nokona baseball glove. Love the overall shape, but the refinements, I don't know yet.

Here is the link from the email that i received today,and when you look pic.# 6 you can see the inspription ,not prototype but concept and will match 98 %
