What's the average age of an M3 owner?

I know this kind of thread has been beat to death but I have a twist on it. You see I reckon that in the US the average age is a lot less because the actual cost of the car is so much less to start with.

In Europe most people will be more mature before having the kind of cash to buy one. Mine for example was £58K ($104K) and probably most here will be even dearer than that.

So please lets see how accurate my opinion is.

36. Bought it as Bday present. Distracted my attention to getting older. Shouldn't you have written your own age as well?

54.I have had M cars for over 20 years.I did not like the New m5 or M6 so it had to be an E92 M3.I am not disapointed at all with this car.

So far, looks like Footie is right on the money.

I'm 24 and hopefully will be getting mine this year.

I'm 24, and Im paying for it all myself. I love cars and its my ONE big thing I love to spend my money on.
Some people question my young age for such an expensive car, but the way I see it is. Work hard and buy whatever makes you happy and makes you work harder.

20, and I'll be getting it once I graduate next May. Getting an M3 was contingent on getting a good job offer though, and luckily I got that secured

23, got it at age 22. I work for an oil and gas company in Singapore, 6 weeks here and 2 weeks off in the states. I pay for it myself, just don't have enough to fully enjoy.

I predict no more than 3 European E9X M3 owners on the forum will be under the age of 30. In other words I agree with footie. And this does seem fairly elementary given the very high MSRP of the car.

In the US, according to the age polls that have taken place here (there are at least two), its pretty equal betwen 20-somethings and 30-somethings. There are a small number under 20 and a small number over 40.

I'm 22... Paid for 85% of it with cash. The rest my dad helped me out with once I got a solid job. My dad helped me out bc he didn't have to pay for my college since I was on an athletic scholarship. I love it!!
