The car is noisy (transmission noises, rear end gearing noises, etc.) and too rough riding to be used as a daily driver for me. For godsake go read NAGTROC and there are tons of owners there that say the same damn thing. Doesn't make them want to sell the car or make it a bad car. It just means they don't use it as a DD for the same reasons I just stated.

As far as one's butt hurting goes, I think it is you and others that get so "butt hurt" when anybody says anything negative about a GTR. I've said it many times, I think they are wonderful cars...just not for me. Why can't you people just accept the fact that there are tons of people out there that just like what they like? Its why Baskin Robbins makes 64 flavors.

LOL obviously you couldn't sense my sarcasm and I love trolling forums when I find someones weakness. Yours is anytime a GT-R is mentioned you get your panties in a twist, so I like to get at it sometimes late at night after a few beers I could talk shit on the GT-R all day and dislikes, but dont even get me started. I could do the same about BMW. Im picky and I have owned many cars of many flavors to compare it to.

Dont be so damn serious. My grandma said my 7 series rides rough and why on earth would I drive it to dinner and pick her up. The funny part is the reason you mentioned the GT-R being a bad DD is not the reason I find mine a bad DD. The ride is actually great "FOR ITS PERFORMANCE LEVEL". Night and day better than my 997.2 gt3. If it rides rough for you, I would stick to the luxury sports cars like an aston, m6 or a Jag. I would put it up there with anyone who daily drives a Ford GT or Challenge Stradale. Of all the cars in the performance of the GT-R, the only one I can think that actually rides more comfortable is MAYBE a 997 turbo. Trans noise? Its only clunky when coming to a dead stop. The car doesn't like being driven slow. It likes throttle and torque.

The bad DD for me is that the car attracts too much attention and with a modified exhaust its too loud to use the car phone and conduct business. I find myself lugging the engine so clients dont ask "are you in a race car?"
You have to think twice before you park it at the mall or near anyone who is careless with their doors.

Video game? lol people are still using that?
The M3s interior is very boring visually when compared to the GTR or the Clutter Hyundai...possible visual overkill. Thats simply fact dude.
It doesnt even look like a sleek simplistic design..it really looks plain.

Relax the fanboyism (Fanboyism = BMW could come out with an interior that looks like garbage on purpose, but because its BMW, youll think its still KEWL and GR8!!!)

Materials aside, the design on many cars interior is much better than the m3, some cars are even worse. I actually can see where she is coming from. The girl doesnt know what carbon fiber is or carbon stamped leather. Come on. Most people dont. I think the S class Mercedes is awful. Our BMW M3 is pretty damn plain. Look at the center console vs the New 6 series and new 3 series. Cover it in leather and it makes it better? I think not. If I cover my entire interior in gold leaf, that doesnt make it better. I actually think the e46 had a better interior design than the e92. The e46 had a more cockpit feel with the center console directed towards you.

Dont even get me started on the last gen 5 series and 6 series. It looks like they stuck the buttons on a left over blank face plate. The entire bottom piece is used for 2 tiny heated seats buttons.

Well and the exterior. Some think the gtr is ugly. I think the BMW looks more "sleek", if you will, as the GTR looks like a transformer. Its definitely polarizing and "stands out" much more than a base M3.

I never stated the M3 "has the best interior design EVER". I stated my opinion about what I thought about the Hyundai and Nissan interiors.

im not a fan of Audi interiors...too busy. But the GTR pulls off its exterior and interior perfectly. Both exterior and interior are well balanced and suits the car. Picture a GTR with a nice Euro interior...doesnt look right imo.

i just went to the seatle auto show yesterday and sat in both the new 3 series and the s4 and bmw kinda has shit the bed in the interior department. i dont like the triangle center console that houses the idrvie knob or the look of the screen sticking out of the dash. audi interior is much much better looking. im also not a fan of the new exterior changes on the 3. time to jump ship.

Although with each year owners say they've been tweaking the suspension to ride a little nicer. I only drove a 2009 GTR. It was very harsh. It rode harder than my fathers Scuderia, but I loved the Scud for weekend driving...nothing I've ever driven has come remotely close.
It's a harsh ride due to the run flats. I just switched to non-run flats and it's a night and day difference. That being said, comfort mode on my gt-r is about the same as the harsh setting on my 2011zcp that I had.

To the guy that said the car made too many noises to be used as a daily. Don't see how that's relevant to someone that likes to drive their cars every day. I dd'ed my 2010 gt-r for 10 months and the noises never bothered me once. Road noise and various other transmission sounds are just preference. When I say I DD my GT-R, I put 22,000 miles on it over the past year.

I've never once had someone in my car say "wow this thing is loud". My durango that has mud terrain tires on it right now is a totally different story but I still daily that.

Ask 10 people what they consider a 'good daily driver' and you'll get 10 different answers.

You might, but I would buy a 600hp lincoln. Hell yah. Put the Cobra motor in a Lincoln as some CTS-V competition.

My buddy has a Lincoln Towncar already with a Ford Racing supercharged aluminator motor. Car runs low 11's with 4 people in it and would make any M3 driver shit their pants.

Wow G37's must have a very harsh ride. I'm totally fine with harsh rides, but I've driven a GTR and my M3 with coilovers set fairly hard feel like a lexus compared to the GTR. There's also very little insulation so in-cabin noise is very loud. Again, not a complaint from me, but lets be real here. There's no sign of luxury in the GTR. It's design to do one thing...go like hell. The M3 is refined, comfortable and very quiet in comparison.
