Tunes for CEL a problem?
I was wondering how you guys with no cats and a tune to eliminate the CEL get by if something actually happens that normally would trigger a legit CEL such as a misfire or basically anything in the valvetrain that would change air/fuel and ultimately exhaust mix?
Doesn't this pose a potential problem of not knowing a problem is happening until its too late or more damage is done? |

Exactly. That is why you will fail an OBD-II test because you will not pass the readiness test.

Exactly. Ours does the same but the light is still active for other issues. Still I see where the OP is going but can't see a solution off hand.
