I called my CA again and he INSISTED that the car is already in the US and that it would be at the dealership no later than the 21st, as per BMW. Can't trust him-- Everything else I have found out says otherwise...
Just about every other ship takes 9-11 days between Southampton and the USA, so I do not expect the Bs-Hwy to show up at least until the 18th, if its been hauling a**. Anyone has any idea or experience with the timeframe between ship-VPC-truck-dealer-delivery?? BTW it's from Brunswick to Florida (East Coast, right on I-95, southeast of Orlando). CAN'T WAIT!!! |

Well, hard to believe that the ship has already reached the USA. That would be *very* fast, and marinetraffic.com does not see it at all. The link below should list Bosporus Highway when it is within radio range of land.
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/dat...ode=&B1=Search Granted, I would *love* to be wrong! |

There are many websites to track/follow/stalk these vessels!!!
This one shows an arrival at Baltimore on 2/16: http://www.csavnorasia.com/web/posit...CreateDocument All others say 2/19 at Baltimore, 2/21 at Brunswick K-line: Bremerhaven to Brunswick: On 1/19 had departing 2/3 arrival of 2/14. On 1/26, it was 2/4-2-16. On 2/2 it was 2/5-2/18 with NEW stop at Baltimore on 2/16. As of 2/9 it is 2/6-2/21 with addtl stop at Baltimore 2/19. It will be here next week and cars delivered the first week of March...IMHO |

I know what you guys are going through, I followed mine everyday. What really sucks is when it gets to edc, because then it is ready for you but they hold onto it for a few days to make you sweat.
It's all worth it, just hang tight |

Yeah!!!
I don't know if I trust this website though... It shows another boat (Bishu Hwy) as being in JAX on the 15th (estimated), but according to marinetraffic, the ship arrived and left today |

That is the only thing I have to keep the morale up.
I am just going to keep checking the marinetraffic.com. It should show up sometime in the next couple of days. This has become a sad race between my M3 and next phone, the HTC Thunderbolt (which I preordered on 2/6, but they won't announce a launch date for). We'll see which I get first. |

Dammmitttt Mannnnn !!!!! I still had hopes...this is truly the BS highway
I tell you--this boat keeps getting pushed back at every corner!!!! It was SUPPOSED to be at Brunswick on the 21st, not at Baltimore (or Cape Henry or wherever the he** it is--prob. the Bermuda triangle!!!!) |

Just joking around.
Once the car is in the US, it shows up in your Dealer's inventory, even if you ordered it (I guess). So mine is showing up on the Northwest BMW's site since I got mine from David Aviles. No worries!

Stopped by the dealer this morning for the latest update:
BMW now says the Bs Hwy will be in Brunswick on the 23rd!! This boat was supposed to be there 2/14! He has 8 cars (incl. mine) on that boat, all priority-1!!! Estimates through VPC by the 25th and at the dealer the 28th... I happen to have a trip planned leaving 2/27 through 3/6 so I won't be taking delivery of my car 'til the week of 3/7. |
