Updated with new pics. I worked on the placement today and am very pleased with the results. This lip is a great deal compared to the original!

Thx,
BC

I ordered one and have it in hand. I have not installed it yet as there were two cosmetic defects with it. I am not installing something that is going to look like sh!t, nor should I! I am trying to work out the details with jl-motoring, but have yet to reach a mutal agreement.

I am not going to rant about this yet as I want to give them a chance to correct it.

Details to follow......

How much was it again? I'll definetely be going this route if I do a front lip! Fitment needs a hair of work but nothing to loose sleep over. I think with some minor tweaking it could look perfect.

Yeah, he is now shipping out a replacement and I am sending back the defective one on his dime.

The one that came had a "run" in the clearcoat (too much clear) and a blemish on the front edge. It looked like a white peice of fiberglass cloth about 1/2" square got on top of the CF. At first glance, it looks like the clearcoat is scratched, but it was actually cloth under the clearcoat, but on top of the CF.

Crap happens...I am hoping the replacement will be perfect.

Yeah, good thing I found this forum and did a bit of research. I almost bought an original vorsteiner front lip. But after seeing that even some of their original products have fitment issues + the difference in price, I'm going with the replica. The car looks good btw.
