Thanks buddy - was good to meet you!!

McRae - you seem to be avoiding the subject of your mods - ive asked a few times now and you still havent answered - WHAT mods if ANY have you done to your engine - or are you running a completely stock/standard car??? Im just curious.

No mods to the car at all mate. I thought I'd said that when I said it was stock The ony mod that looks interesting enough to do is Carbon Fibre CSL style boot lid that I've seen and rear LED lights if/when BMW release them.
Neil.

TBH the wheels I like the most are the old E46 19s. I thought they made the car sparkle and look special. Don't think they'll fit the new car which is a shame as I think the 19s on the E92 aren't a good looking.

I inferred from this comment that it although its stock from a looks point of view its modded in other areas???
Anyway, ive also been thinking about the CSL boot lid but dont want to pay VRS prices so was looking at a VRS replica - but ive been a little put off by the shoddy fitment - on the ones ive seen pics of the gaps are different either side as if it hasnt been fitted evenly on the hinges and that would drive me up the wall - a bit like uneven tail pipes in diffusers etc!!!

Paulie - im going to do a full review of everything as soon as i can take some decent pics - was filming all afternoon after i collected car and then we are away all weekend - if weather is ok tomorrow i will try and grab some time and do it then. Suffice it to say, i am VERY pleased with everything - the VRS CF bits fitted a treat and the Eibachs look and feel great with perfect drop in ride height for me. Only grumble are the LED Angel bulbs - tell all later!!

Yes, my M3 is fully loaded and does have EDC - its too early to tell what impact the springs have had to any lesser or greater extent - but on the drive home it felt totally unchanged in NORMAL/COMFORT setting and felt slightly stiffer on full setting. Will give a full write up once ive taken some decent pics and done a few more miles - driving down to Bristol/Clifton this weekend so that will be a good chance to put it through its paces.
Cab - the front reflectors are SO bloody awful on US cars - i would have to get rid of them immediately!!
