Thumbs down Bobby @ PYspeed!!!!

OK so I ordered a set of VMR 19'' with a set of TPMS for my new 2013 E92 M3 2 weeks ago! Well the wheels just got shipped yesterday and to my surprise guess what? they got shipped USPS Parcel! WTF I paid $300 for Priority shipping and they shipped my shit Parcel? I emailed Bobby to ask why were the wheels shipped parcel when I paid all that money for Priority and I know I got over charged for shipping, this was his reply

When APO orders are processed by the vendor the default shipping is Parcel post. We don't control how they ship items unless noted to in the invoice. The Item that was shipped via priority was the TPMS as we ship it directly from our facility.

So they don't control how the vendor ships items out but sure do control how much to charge for the shipping! well correct me if I'm wrong but I thought PYspeed was the vendor because I ordered thru them.

This was a very bad and unpleasant experience It sure will not happen again because I will never order thru them again. Just beware before purchasing from this vendor I don't think I'm the 1st one they done this to.

For all of those living in APO address I highly recommend you read the following thread I posted about shipping charges.
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=769853

I wrote it after ordering the wheels! this is how I know know I got over charged for shipping.

I hear you. I think I got over charged for a USPS flat rate box. My problem is they don't except returns, but my fault for not reading their policies ahead of time.

Assuming I believe PYSpeed's response that they don't control (or know) how vendors ship (big assumption), the right thing for PYSpeed to do *now* is refund you the difference in shipping fees based on what you paid for and what shipping service was used.

Amazing What a lame excuse to justify the excessive shipping charge. As already stated by someone because pyspeed knows priority shipping was not used, yet the OP was charged for it, pyspeed should refund the difference. This is one forum vendor I'll never use because they'll find someway to screw you...

This is the second bad review I've read from pyspeed. I won't be buying from them. Why risk it when there are other venders backed by positive reviews?

I don't see them doing that! but hey you can only learn from your mistakes right? I'll make sure I'll keep putting it out there how shitty they are.

pretty shady...quite in line with the feeback I posted on PYSpeed.

I don't think it's coincidence that so many people have had problems with them.

I hear you bro I know those wheels might not make it to me until January or so! I feel like disputing the charges with USAA so they can do the claim and have PYspeed refund me the money at least for shipping!

I'm not only in Cali, but local to them. When I asked if I could pick up locally, I was told it would be shipped direct to me. As a customer, if I want to pick up at the shop, then I think I should be allowed that. It's easy for PYSpeed to have the items shipped to them instead of me.

I think that's to over charge customers on shipping! I think whatever discount they offer customers they take back on shipping charges, I just got offered a refund of $100 from them for the shipping I told them to keep it is not gonna make me change how I feel about them, bottom line is I will never order anything with them, and before I buy from any vendor here I will inquired about them first and see what type of feeback I get.

It shouldn't take bad press for a refund to be offered. If the right thing were done from the get go, this thread would have never been posted.

I hope that none of the Service Members stationed overseas ever order anything from them! Let this be a prime example of how much they sux and their horrible customer service.

I bought my exhaust and rear diffuser from PYspeed without troubles but all these bad reviews lately will give me pause in the future
