What would you choose?

Dinan 3.62 diff or ESS supercharge without intercooler. Mostly would like increased quickness for around town- upper end acceleration less important to me. Diff costs about 55% of supercharge, seems high in proportion.

Good question! But it's not even 55%. Dinan will give you 15% off just for asking, so $2700 vs $8000 for the supercharger without intercooler. So 30% of the cost. And i'm guessing gas mileage will drop equally between the two mods as well.

What I do want to know is what highway revs would be at in 7th gear at 70 or 80mph

MPG will most likely improve with a supercharger.

i would just pick up a used supercharger. They can be found for relatively cheap and the hardware is reliable. I plan on purchasing a used sc when i get my car. The dif obviously does not add any hp but ive heard the higher revs in each gear makes for a more enjoyable driving experience
