Best South Florida dealer(s) for service?

Guys,
My old man just picked up his E92 M3 and the first service is coming up.

What are you recommendations regarding dealerships in South Florida?

He's in Miami. He doesn't mind driving a few hundreds miles (even Orlando/Tampa/Naples), we just want the car to be well taken care of. This is the main reason we aren't taking her to South Motors BMW.
EDIT: misunderstanding, no prior experience with South Motors' service department.

Thanks in advance for the help!

From my experience it all depends on the person you get at any dealership. I have been taken care of at braman and screwed. It sounds like we finally found someone who works there. Im pumped!

Sorry for the delayed reply guys. It's been quite hectic here lately...

Turns out I misunderstood my Dad.
He isn't particularly fond of their sales department (they tried lowballing him big time - it was truly an insult - when he got his trade-in quoted), but he didn't have any experience with their service department.

Thanks buddy. After some more reading and after getting in touch with a technician that works there, we'll be taking it to Braman.

Indeed. Now we know SaleenM3 as well as DLV-Engineering. Good contacts to have for sure!

Thanks again for the input guys.

Vista in Coconut Creek! I've been to every BMW dealership South of Orlando and I prefer Vista.

Best BMW Dealer in South Florida

Hands down, Braman West Palm Beach. I live in Miami, too and drive the 60 miles each way just because of the service. Braman Miami is a circus. They are simply awful. Try WPB once and you will never go to another dealer again. Jose Ortega is my SA (Service Advisor). He's the bomb. Chris Huffman is the Service Director. He will greet you by name and make sure you are 100% satisfied. I've had three M3's (E46/E46/E92) and 5 other BMWs. I have to say, I consider myself a dealer expert. Good luck.

I'm digging up this thread because my M3 is permanently in Miami. (my wife and I are splitting the year between Miami and NYC. I brought the M3 to Miami and leaving it here)

Is Braman in Miami good or bad? I need to bring the car in and hate the usual trial and error of finding a good dealer and more importantly, a good SA

Vista is the place to go. Used to go to Braman until they damaged my car and refused to fix it. Too long of a story to rehash, but just be warned.

Fort Lauderdale is meh, i'd be more concerned how they drive people's cars. I've passed by on Andrews several times to see those dudes dogging the cars.

I remember one morning i passed by and they had an M3, and they ripped it across the street, and I i knew right away the motor was cold.

Foreign Affairs in Pompano Beach. We've taken a few cars there and they have been good thus far.

I will honestly never take my car to a dealer again, unless I have warranty work.

Do not go to Braman. The SA actually tried to tell me my Dinan DCT software would void my warranty... I told him that a dealer installed it and that my local shop, BMW Manhattan which is a BMW NA owned dealer, is also a Dinan shop.

His response "I don't think so"

Who was your sa? I've been going to Braman for a while without any issues. Takes a while waiting for a loaner car sometimes but nothing else really. They did take a while to fix an alarm issue I was having, but kept trying until it was right. The sa was good about following up since it was an intermittent problem and couldn't be replicated on command. I generally go in and tell the sa what needs to be done, and don't have any mods that would cause any issues though.

I don't want to out the SA on a forum but his first name starts with a K.

I brought it in for a couple of minor things but it took a week. No doubt that picking up a loaner take a while. Communication was good but I wasn't happy at all with their work. Nothing ended up being fixed or found. Another thing that pissed me off was after 4 days, he asked if I still needed the loaner. I told him yes because i don't have another car and he said that the loaners are typically for 3 days. WTF? Then get my car back to me in 3 days.

Splitting between Ohio and Fla has proven disparity in service. I have only serviced the M once and used Vista after hearing my friend's nightmares with FT Laud. He now uses WPB but Pompano has treated me well.
