I agree that the e92 front is much prettier and I would love to see it on the sedan. However, I believe the sleek design of the coupe tail lights, dont fit the sedan and they are also much prettier. Therefore, e90 tail on the e92... no thanks.

The longer I look at the e90 M3 sedan though, the more I believe that lots of people will decide for that one. It just has the great benefits the M5 can offer over the M6. Only pure enthusiasts will buy the, in my mind "just" better looking coupe, even though its a little bit more. I definitely will go for the coupe, and hope that the incresed price will reflect on better performance as well.

Keep the pictures coming though, I would love to see the finished M3 Sedan

i would def trade my e46 for that silver coupe photoshop. that e90 rear is perfect for the coupe, its more similar to the e46 rear but updated. i dont know why they never used it. they killed the coupe with that honda looking rear.

I really like those wheels on the coupe. Am I seeing it funny or are there two different styles there? One seems to have wider spokes than the other one that looks more like the M5 wheels.

That would be okay with me. Does anyone else here think the E92 rear is just too pedestrian looking. I don't want to offend anyone, but I can't even tell if it's an E92 or not if I'm behind one without getting close enough to see the Roundel. It's reminiscent of a '93 Honda Accord.

+1, the "old" style is for sure the best ever made by BMW, it can`t get any better IMO

It looks as if they decided to go with the e92 coupe grille on the M3 sedan as well...interesting I wonder how that will look....I know that it took me sometime to warm up to the E90 Sedan as a whole and especially the grille and lights...but now i'm all about how different the Sedan and Coupe are from one another. I have a feeling that the 3 sedan will be getting a face lift to this grille and lights in 2008.

Also, I for one am a fan of both old and new interiors...just as the new exterior designs...the new interiors with the console not angled slightly toward the driver sounded and looked like a bad idea to me but now I'm all about the interior in the e92..its looks pretty classy and uncluttered in my opinion....I also think that going with a two tone interior on the e92 looks better than it did on the e46....nowww as for the seats being a solid color...such as in interiors like coral red/black leather...i wish they had stuck closer to the interior stylings of the e39 m5 with the seats actually being two-tone as well...that would look sick with these new exteriors.

New interior is far better looking to me. The old interior looks great, but dated. Just IMO.
