(old) Silverstone II M3 Coupe Thread

Wow, these pics are REALLY SWEEEEET!!!

Silverstone II is my color.

I am now thinking maybe I'll go with Fox Red interior instead of black.

What I like is that Fox Red keeps the ALL BLACK DASH, CARPET and DOOR PANELS. Why can't BMW do the same with the P. Silver (grey) and Bamboo interiors? I just hate a grey or tan dash ... yuck, shows scuffs and looks cheap....

Having the seats and door inserts in a contrasting color is the way to go IMO.

Hans you CAN get Palladium or Bamboo with all Black Dash and doors......just
don't get the EXTENDED leather option.......

can someone post up the link for all the actual interior colors? i saw it before, but i can't seem to find it. now i'm debating what else might look good with ss2. i do love the fox red combo.

also, i just noticed. where's the cupholders now? or is it different between the e90/e92 already? cuz the e90 had that stupid cupholder on the passenger side that pops out by the glove compartment. i don't see that here.

Here is an idea, where are you getting those pics from... where is the configurator that people are pullign these from. Because the US web-site doesnt have it. And the english speaking EU sites don't either.


I'm having a hard time understanding how people are ording their M3, when they don't know what their gettign in their cars (details). Or if they have a source of INFO they aren't sharing. Very frustrating for me.

Are you people just guessing at your stereo systems and interior colors, or is the a real broshure detailing the differenc between the upgrades, etc...???

For what ever reason, I just cannot find it. THATS why I asked. NM, I found one from Australia, but it takes 20 minutes to load..! And for every color change it like 3-4 minutes. Very slow web-site.

In the furst link, click on the M coupe and then you will see the new M3 coupe on the next page. On the second link, Click the M link and go down to BMW M3 coupe. Be sure to watch the experience.

wow you guys are helpful. i typed "interior" both just titles and words and nada. i wouldn't ask if i could find the interior thread. i found one with all the colors (sticky), but the link to the colors are not there. i knew i saw it before, but I just can't find it. i guess i'll wait for someone nice to post it up while i keep searching. tia!!!
