Well...of course I think the Vred's are the best 'bang for the buck' out there.

He seemed to be fixed on the RE-11's at first. (in an odd size)

The Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas are 1lb. lighter per tire, slightly less expensive overall, and the re-enforced sidewalls help to produce precise turn-in and control...unlike many other tires on the market.

Your opinions (and the other reviews I've read) have sold me, and I was pretty dead set on picking up another set of the PS2s. Money isn't really an issue, but I'm not going to pay significantly more to get a tire that performs marginally better in one or two aspects.

Frank, I'm getting the Vreds myself and getting them mounted at Motorwerks when my new wheels come in (I'm also going to get them to pull my alignment pins and do my alignment for me). Maybe we can get a special deal if we buy our tires and get them shipped together...

Careful with the 255/35/19 in the front. I'm running that size on 9" +22 with Nitto INVOs and I rub when turning full left. Not deal breaking but definitely annoying.

For an aggresive and worry free setup 245/35 front and 285/30 rear is best, you can even get away with 285/35 rear even lowered if you're running INVOS because of the rounded sidewalls..

The Sesseantas may be an option for me. I really wanted to buy tire insurance for my next set. But Tire Rack and Discount Tire do not carry them. The convienance of these two walk-in stores is that if I get another nail(which I will), then I can just walk inand get a free replacement. But if I get from another online dealer, I wouldn't be able to get a new tire immediately.

Tlud, do you know if Motorwerkes carries the Sensatta and offers tire insurance?

Further, do you have a Costco membership? I hear that they carry very good prices on tires. Not sure if they carry Sensattas or the Ventus V12 Evo K110.

Lemans: I read that you use to run the Hankook Ventus V12 110. They are roughly the same price as the Sensattas. Therefore, what makes the Sensattas a better tire in your experience?

Since the VMR710s are the exact same size as the 19" OEM, I suppose that the optimal tire sizes would be the oem sizes, 245/35/19 and 265/35/19, which will be both comfortable, safe and worry-free.
