Dealership Recommendation for service on LI
Hi guys as the title suggests, I am looking for recommendations of a dealership on long island that offers excellent service...In the past I have had some bad experiences with the service departments regarding my older M3's. When I say excellent service I am referring to them doing the manual 1200 mile service without me arguing with them, also taking care of the car not butchering it etc... Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hassel BMW in Freeport seems to have great service. at least in the dozen or some times i've been there. I prefer Hassel over Rallye even though Rallye is 5 mins from my house

Does Hassel offer loaners to people who haven't bought cars from them? I usually go to Habberstad in Bay Shore and they're good, but its a bit far from me.

Have you had a bad experience at Rallye? I went to Rallye to purchase my car (even though there's 3 dealers more local to me) and the experience was excellent, however I took the car there for my 1200 mile service and they did not refill the engine oil to the correct level (I had to add a whole quart). I'm about to be due for another oil change and I have several cosmetic things I need fixed on the car, but hesitant to bring it to them if they're not going to do it right the first time.
