Thumbs up

One of my favorite things to eat: Egg Whites

I make all sorts of creations with them.

Here we have a scramble of: ham, onions, jalapenos, red bell pepper, tomato and cheese add a couple of corn tortillas and it's on!

Sausage and pepperoni pizza from a local, family-owned place. Baked in a brick oven:

I bought a zucchini spiralizer recently so that I can make zucchini ''noodles'', these taste amazing and if you cook them in a small amount of olive oil with fresh black pepper they taste awesome, and are so much healthier for you than pasta. A pretty good sized bowl of these ''noodles'' contains 60 calories, an equal size bowl of typical angel hair pasta would be 800 calories, for the noodles alone! And they are empty calories! Unlike these which contain various phytochemicals, micronutrients, and antioxidants!

I topped the noodles with a fresh vegetable stir fry blend of fresh spinach, broccoli florets, portobella mushrooms, onions, garlic, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes, a little olive oil, black pepper and garlic powder.

I also added a very small amount of baked boneless skinless chicken tenderloins.

Eating clean can be super delicious! I topped this with a little sugar free low sodium tomato sauce, and it was awesome!

that looks fire! the question i have for you is do you boil the zucchini like normal pasta or do you just throw it in with everything?

Thanks I just pan sauteed them on a very low heat in a little olive oil, with garlic and black pepper, they cook in about five or ten minutes, they are also good raw. If you add tomato sauce you honestly can't tell the difference....

Also here's a good video for information on how to reduce cancer risks if you regularly consume a diet high in animal products, think damage control:

I prefer spaghetti squash. Bake the whole squash in the oven, pop it out, pull it apart with a fork. No extra equipment needed.

And I thought we were done with the meat eating lectures?

Yeah, speghetti squash is another great choice.

I eat meat. I found that video helpful, and applicable to my diet, I thought it would be good to share it. No lecture here man

you can greatly reduce the formation of hcas and pahs by marinating meat before roasting or grilling.

Yeah that does help insulate it some by keeping it moist...

Let me know what you think, it also works on other veggies like carrots but you have to use more force and a really fat carrot.
