Why is it that nobody has absolute no problems searching for porn in the Internet -I mean, whatever the imagination wants- but in a car forum searching for anything is so difficult?

But this is a forum, it's purpose is to have discussion. By asking a question that may have been asked before stimulates new discussion, especially if the old info is stale.

Besides I have the porn up on the other monitor.

That assumes that there is new discussion about this, which after at least 4 threads of the same thing the conclusion is always the same... if you do not like and/or do not want to upgrade then get it, if you like to upgrade and/or want great sound then don't.

The premium system sounds better. If you have the means and stomach to hack up your car, you can do better with an aftermarket system. If you do not, the premium system is vastly better than the base M3 audio in the US. Premium's only issue in my opinion is that it's lacking bass extension, and to get more you need to muddy the rest of the spectrum by maxing out 100Hz and the bass tone setting. Some people complain of the intrusive processing effect of the Dirac system, which can muffle certain frequencies under certain conditions and certain volumes. Dirac processing is also used by B&O, arguably the best available OEM car audio systems next to the Burmester systems in the Cayenne and Panamara. BMW will be using B&O for future premium audio system and retain Dirac processing (from what I can tell), as will Mercedes.

A relatively simple ~$700 upgrade is available for the bass issue with premium audio. That upgrade will take away 100-200Hz response in favor of a very big boost in tactile bass and extension.
