Am I the only one that thinks it's a steal?
$38k will get you on average a 08-09 with similar miles. Since the e90 is rarer and being that '11 is the last year of the sedans, it's a great deal. 60k miles isn't even that high anyway. Go for it OP! And if possible try to get some kind of warranty.

A fair price for a car in good condition and 60k miles is $40-41K. If you can get CPO add another $2-3k. Although mileage may be a little too high for CPO - I think 50k is max.

you should be able to score a 3 year warranty for around $3k, which would make it very appealing
