I wouldn't attempt to repair a wheel that was losing air, or that was hit hard enough not be true anymore (excessive lateral runout), but simple curb rash, no issues. Good luck getting it balanced right (if 19s) the first time though .

A good wheel repair place will generally warn you if they feel the wheel will not be 100%. Simple curb rash should be fine to repair. Not the type of thing to cheap out on though, I'd use the best place you can find.
