List all the tracks that you've Driven at, and rank em!
Here's mine, in the order of favorite to least:
1. Mid America Motorplex (now RPM) -An Alan Wilson track, that's just the most fun you can have in the middle of nowhere. 2. Pittsburgh International Race Complex -Clean track with very nice facilities. The full course layout at just 2.8 miles has everything you can possibly wish for! 3. Road America -Where else can you do >150 mph in 3 different areas? 4. Autobahn Country Club -Hey, Mario Andretti loved this track 5. Gingerman Raceway -An Alan Wilson Track, that's a safe, great track for new drivers. 6. National Corvette Museum Track -The most technical track I've ever driven. The designer was either drunk or is an ex drill sergeant. 7. Mid-Ohio -Fun track, but the fun's over too quickly 8. Black Hawk Farms -Not a very fun track. IMHO.

1. Auto club speedway ROVAL - really fun track with use of the infield and then part of the banked oval that takes some big cajones to do at speed. Lots of runoff at the end of fast sections forgiving for brake fade.
2. Street of Willow at Willow Springs - very technical, not very fast so safe for the driver but not so good for the car as runoff sucks unless you consider ditches and big rocks good for your car. Otherwise a very fun track. Need to do more. Want to try Buttonwillow next! |

1). Virginia Int'l Raceway - VA - home of the Lightning Lap - Just an amazing track with over 20 turns. I miss the Oak Tree.
2). Summit Point - WV - fun track - especially the Shenandoah circuit. The owner emulated the famous Karussel turn to the same specs as the one at the Nurburgring. 3). Beaver Run - PA - good track - great straightaways.

1. buttonwillow
-super technical track with some high speed turns 100mph...its the track that took most time to get confortable with, but its the most fun track. 2. Laguna Seca -some really difficult turns to get it right, but everything is just amazing. the track, the views, the environment. 3. Curitiba Brazil -just fun lol 4. Interlagos Brazil -well its a F1 track, but at the time I had a civic SI with 270 hp lol....that track you need a minimum of 400 hp to be fun....way too many straights and 1 long straight uphill that takes forever.....I could almost check my phone by the time getting to the turn. Dont miss going there, but if I had an m3 who knows =) maybe it would be a different story the Senna' S turn is similar to corkscrew from laguna seca...i love both of them! 5. Auto Club Speedway -Meh.....just too boring for me except for the very intimidating straight with a 150mph turn close to the wall LOL......after that its just whatever....nothing very technical imho. its the closest from my house, and whenever they have it, I opt to stay home. so in conclusion its obvious I love technical tracks with lots of turns....willow spring i dont even dare to go....dont want to flip my car. next one is chuckwalla which I heard from many people that its their favorite track. I would love to go to Circuit of the Americas, but its just too far and expensive.

Should have included my wish list which includes:
-Oregon Raceway park (looks like a rollercoaster ride on Acid) -Circuit of the Americas (pretty but very technical track) -Watkins Glen (looks like the love child of road america and autobahn country club) -Miller motorsport Park (long Course, like Admranger noted) Keep it coming guys, great lists!

Great idea for a thread. I'll be back here this weekend with my list!
And you're right about ORP being a roller coaster ride. I've driven it both CW and CCW for track days, and l've done a 24 hour endurance race there CW. The place is Spartan for facilities and sitting hours from civilization (and a full 45 minutes from any gas station), but it's a hell of a good time. A quick warning though: Many drivers don't like it for the first few sessions because the course feels slow until you learn how much speed the many banked areas let you carry. |

1. Circuit of the Americas
Thats the only track I've raced on lol. I can tell ya its a very fun, fast, technical track! Its really worth the experience. Glad I live 3 hours away from the track! I am planning to check out other tracks like MSR Houston but I feel like COTA will probably be my number one track. |

1. Nürburgring Nordschlief
The only track I've driven. At the time, I wasn't really into cars, I only went because the group of friends I was with loved them and track driving. So I threw in a bunch of money, rented a hot hatch, and spent the day there. Probably the most fun I've had in my life. |

1) Nurburgring- The track that got it started for me/first track experience during European Delivery/bucket list. Now my bucket list is to race on the Nurburgring
2) Thunderhill- 3 mile track because I have not driven the 5 mile yet. Great high speed sweepers!! Great flow in the 3 mile track. I try to visit in November each year (8 hour drive). 3) Oregon Race Park Clockwise- Tons of elevation change 4) Oregon Race Park Counter clockwise- See above 5) Portland International Raceway (PIR)- Home track. Really fun with my e46 M3 racecar with aero but not as much with my e92 M3 non aero. I might even put PIR above ORP if we were just considering aero cars. 6) The Ridge Motorsports Park- It could have been much better/had higher hopes for this new track 7) Pacific Raceways- Dangerous in the wet/too many walls/many stories of people I know loosing their cars there. But in the dry it can be fun. I have only visited in the winter(ice puddle on the track) when all other tracks are closed. |

1) VIR -- My most favorite track, home of the "VIRburgring" (aka, Grand Course), has it all: long fast straights, linked-turns in sections, and the famous Climbing Esses.
2) Road Atlanta -- my home track; fast and furious; enough concrete walls to keep you puckered. 3) National Corvette Museum -- technical, loads of turns, fresh. 4) Barber Motorsports Park -- technical, good rhythm track; not many passing spots though. 5) Atlanta Motorspeedway (Roval) -- meh, its a roval...

1. Chuckwalla - doesn't look real technical but it is. smooth. favorite.
2. Buttonwillow - any config is fun 3. Autoclub - helped me grow some balls and is 40 minutes from home. can't beat that. Anyone who says it's not fun is just scared m3SennA 4. SOW - will never go back to willow springs tracks again except the balcony to drift - conditions are 100% shit hole. Need to go to COTA, MRLS, Infineon, Thunderhill, THE RING. |

imagine how nice it would be if they just put a little money into it, repaved, smoothed out the run offs, i mean it's just all rocks. |

These were all done with my stock S2000 except for the Ring, which was in a Toyobaru and a 265hp last-gen Z4.
1) Nurburgring: The Godfather. So much fun!!! Plan to go back every few years, just heaven (although quite dangerous). 2) Thunderhill 5-mile: Long, tight, elevation changes and lots of runoff. Nice facilities, too. Just tried it last weekend and can't wait to go back. 3) Laguna Seca: A classic. 4) The Ridge: Agree with above, decent but could have been more fun somehow. 5) Pacific Raceways: Kinda crappy and not very tight. |

We rent that track sometimes to race the back straight which is long (1/3 mile) so we get to park on the trac and walk around. You should see the sh*t on that track. Metal car pieces, rocks, glass, bullet sheel casings... unbelievable.

I wouldn't mind WSIR getting a nice re-pave and some work on the runoff's. It would be nice to be able to make some forgiving mistakes...

1. Thunderhill Raceway
2. Buttonwillow Raceway 3. Laguna Seca Raceway 4. Sonoma Raceway 5. Reno Fernley Raceway 6. California Speedway Lots of nice tracks nearby but I've been tracking at Thunderhill for nearly 15 years and I continue to call it my "home" course. It's grown and changed a lot since first being built. Having been there since the beginning means I've seen it grow year after year. The new addition of the 5 mile course adds so much more to the track.
