mine has the same ticking noise from time to time.. i assume it is lifters.. goes away after 2k rpms. Usually happens after the car has been sitting for a while or if I haven't redlined it in a while. Have over 15k miles on it with the ticking, it's not rod bearings.

If you drive with the window down and hear the tick bouncing off the sidewalks as rpm rises then it is very possible to be rod bearings.

Wait what? I hear that all the time. Ticking while driving. I thought it was just the lifters? The ticking noise gets faster as the revs gets higher.... ahhhh f*@(#

Sounds normal to me although I heard that a bone stock 08 blew to smithereens at the track today.

That's very normal. My rod bearings lunched on Saturday and it was a VERY ugly sound as the revs got higher. At idle, it sounded like the worst tapping valves you've ever heard and then turned into a rumble that made you wince as the revs went up. But that video is very normal IMO.
