Well that's unfortunately to hear. Was hoping to have the E92 muffler soon. Everyone that ordered through Megan Wholesale, please keep us updated. Hopefully everything works out.

I gave up on Megan Racing Wholesale. After many unanswered phone calls and emails I terminated my order. Any place that can't bother to answer the phone isn't worth my time and money. Luckily I was fortunate to find one local, but if I was still looking I would go elsewhere.

Sorry, if I missed it in this thread.

Is anyone running MR exhaust and still has the cold start cycle? Is it overly loud on start up?

Just trying to be a friendly neighbor as I leave for work very early in the morning.

i just received another email from eric at megan racing wholesale, the item has shipped and i received my tracking number. it is scheduled for delivery this saturday. It takes them 3 days to process the money after you check out with google wallet. they cant do anything until they are guaranteed the funds... I have no problem with that. I have gotten in contact with eric at their email address within reasonable time. 11 days to process and ship the exhaust isn't that bad IMO

Yea I'm going to do it right, and get TP's and tune combo. I've narrowed it down to a few tuners, just waiting until next month to pull the trigger. IMO, since we don't have state inspections, getting TPs is a no brainer.
I'm 95% sure i'm going with ESS or BPM tune with either MS or Turner TP's in May.

I got the same run around with them for over a week and just canceled the order. That same day I ordered from www.meganracingexhaust.com and they literally put in the order to Megan directly and it shipped that same day. Less than a week later it arrived at Jet Hot to be ceramic coated (black satin). I'll post picks when it gets back to me next week.

I'm assuming you got the Straight cut Ti tips if your able to remove them to send them off to be coated? I went with the rolled tips and an't wait to see them in person. The only photo i have just shows a slight roll

By themselves the MR exhaust isn't that bad with cold start. However, once you do the testpipes the cold start is quite loud.

Yeah, tips were straight cut Ti. Four rivets each and they pop off. I like the look of your rolled tips...might upgrade to something like this later.

Well, I decided to give it a try so I just ordered the Megan exhaust from Redline360.com their price was 479 plus 42 shipping. I've never shopped with them before so we'll see. I'll keep you guys posted about my experience with them and once I get it installed will give you my opinion on the system.

After reading all the posts about having trouble with the meganracingwholesale.com site I decided to order the exhaust from Aptuned.com which is the sister site for Redline360.com (receipt says Redline360.com).

I checked with Megan Racing and Redline360.com (aptuned) is an authorized dealer of the Megan exhaust. I contacted Dan at redline360 and ordered the exhaust through the aptuned site because for some reason the redline360 site did not have the e92 exhaust listed and paid $499 (sedan price was $479). Dan was more than helpful and got the exhaust shipped (with fedex confirmation) the same day I ordered it.

Hope this helps those looking for a place to purchase this exhaust.

Curious to see this look, please post photos when done. Not trying to be a jerk, but whats the difference is between ceramic coating vs high temp engine paint. I have these tips too and thought about painting them black. Youll love the exhaust.

I guess they're legit then. Good to know. I never even thought of contacting Megan Racing directly to ask them about Redline360.com. Thanks for the info.
