Does a Rear Diffuser have an effect on exhaust volume or note?

You guys should have had some fun with the OP

I would say hell yeah. It forces the air to constrict slightly much like funneling which changes the tone slightly

You can achieve the same variation in tone when you fart (by tightening and relaxing your asshole)
