i was wondering how to get rid of a sleepy foot asap? cause i get them a lot...

just lift it so the blood flows back towards your body instead of back into your leg

everytime i try too i start laughing and fall cause it hurts so much that stingy feeling..........

i just figured that it's caused by an accumulation of blood there so if you try to get it moving, the numbness will go away. it popped into my head one day when my arm was numb from sleeping on it in class and it went away in about 10 seconds. no twitchy jolting feeling lol
