You might want to double check your tire specs. Michelin does not make the super sport in anything wider than 285 in 18".

Also u can use the existing valve stems but you will need to have the tire shop band the tpms sensors inside your wheels like I did. There are no tpms in them currently as I put them back in my stock wheels.
Also have the big stickers that I never put on for spokes |

I can't really appreciate what you are trying to say...
Mine are te37sl the ones I was referring to are te37sl. What's the downside to having sl? More concave, less weight, less price. |
