Nice car but it was imported from Europe directly into Canada which means that it would very expensive to have it "federalized" to be able obtain a regular U.S. title. Of course, you could buy it and then store it for five years so the the "25 year old" exemption would apply.

they changed the laws a few years ago, it's quite a bit easier now, still expensive but it is easier, it may already be on the approved list too
