No pre-reqs for PCA skills day. For Turn 2 lapping, you need to be A, B, or C group solo driver.

Skills days' don't require car club membership, though car club members get preference. Not sure if Turn 2 lapping days require car club membership. BMW and Porsche HPDS events do require car club membership.

Just got my membership card today, still have to buy a Snell rated helmet. I'll be deployed in the near future, but I'll be ready by the summer.

Congrats. 425 Motorsports is a good place to buy a helmet. They're local, so you can try different brands/types/sizes.

Have I ran with you before? What color is your mini? Is it pumped up to around 300hp I remember meeting a guy last season with his in that range.

I have a gray one with red mirrors and rear roof spoiler. My engine is pretty much stock expect bigger intercooler and cai. I don't know of any mini with 300hp.

Btw, I may not be able to do this sunday. I may have to work over the weekend....

okay thats fine i cant go this weeked either because i work. im going probably to the march ones. yeah i dont know if i bought that guys claim of 300hp in his mini it was green. would be one potent track car at that low weight with 300hp.

I've heard some minis push 300hp, but at that point, with the amount of money spent, it doesn't make any sense (to me).
