Why do I keep reading stories of CA's putting in the wrong options? How do people not check that on the VIR or the OC? How are these CA's so inept?
Why do people post here asking if they can ask their CA to change something, instead of ACTUALLY CALLING THEIR CA AND ASKING?!?!?!?!?!?
Makes NO sense.

exactlly, mine is not in production untill week 23, and I have had my CA pull it up 3 or 4 times to double check that it is in there correctly.
If mine was missing something I would make then give me another spot and they can do whatever they want with the mistaken one.
you don't order a car like this and have someone else mistake an option.
sounds like your ca is not the best.

OR , are you just changing your minds now, and deciding you want it.

My CA sent me a copy of my actual order so I could make sure it was correct. Every CA should do this or else every buyer should request it.

There should be no errors.

You can now check options on owners circle. YOu can check by ringing 800 number and you can check via your CA, by printing the vehicle order.
