Thanks for the tip. I'm still trying to learn how to use the camera better, and I figure I'll keep doing that by taking drives and taking pictures :-)

The circular polarizer does make the camera feel that the scene is under-exposed, which is the polarizer's function I guess. I still want to shoot f/8, though, and lacking a tri-pod, I had to raise the ISO to get acceptable shutter speed. I do try to keep it below ISO-400 though, so the noise seemed to be under control... at least in the sized-down pictures posted online.

Still, 5D Mk2 would be nice... good thing my lens will still work when I'm lucky enough to upgrade....

i dont see the mountains, the beautiful scenary, the roads.... yes I KNOW that its there but i cant see it.

all i see is the beautiful red e90 M3. its so good to the eye that it might as be food. just delicious! I am a coupe lover but on e90 platform, BMW has outdone the coupe. (coupe is still very beautiful. dont be offended.)

I just noticed it as well from that last close up picture of his mount.

That really says something I think for his other pictures if a plate as noticable as that was overlooked.
