Trunk olny unlocks with key?

M3 E90 2008

Car got comfort access, when I unlock the car. All doors unlock but the trunk stays closed/locked. To open it I need to press the button on the key for the trunk and it open/unlocks.

How do I change this?

When I unlock the car I want everything to be unlocked incl trunk.

The rubber handle on the trunk is pressure sensitive. Try opening it with your hand and having the key fob in your pocket. Don't stand too close to the trunk or else it doesn't open on the first try.

I want the trunk to unlock (not open) when I unlock the car. Right now I can't even open it with my hand on the rubber handle.

Maby I'm to close to the car as you guys say.

You can also unlock and open it with the button below the steering wheel inside the car. That is what I normally do when I am getting out of my car and have something in the trunk I need to grab. You can use ca to lock the doors after getting out and when you close the trunk lid the alarm activates.

Check the glove compartment for the valet switch that controls the trunk. Sounds like it is in the off position. The switch is in the upper left hand corner of the glove compartment.

I don't have the button under the steering wheel.

I can't find the on/off switch in the glove compartment.

Maybe all that is extra options.

No, they're not extra options. You should look at the manual.

The switch to open the trunk is on the left of the driver's foot well, above the hood switch.

Look to the upper left part of the glove compartment. The trunk lock switch is near the hinge not in the open part of the compartment.
