I have a 335 now. Thinking of doing something different. If I bought the 645, I would put an exhaust and make it roar.

hell yeah man, you got a nice E90 LCI 335, WAYY better then the 6 series, keep it and wait for the next generation 3 series.

You're looking at a car that was what, $80K new, and its $28K now? There's a reason it's so cheap. Avoid it, and get something newer that won't break your wallet with the first maintenance.
