After watching the video though I think the assailant got what he deserved. He didn't just slap that chick... he knocked her the f out!

While I certainly agree that the guy deserved punishment for hitting the woman, I'm no so sure I agree that Roger Huerta should have continued to beat on the guy when he was down. I would think a martial artist would have more self control than that. Of course, the videography sucked, so I'm not entirely sure what exactly happpened.

I'd like to know how this story ended. Anyone go to jail?

No matter his martial arts status of self control, Im sure that a tiny bit of alcohol played a factor in him ripping his shirt off and fighting in the middle of the street.

I say good for Huerta, perhaps if our actions resulted in these types of consequences, our society would be less out of control.

Moral of the story: never fight, never hit someone, cause you got no idea who is watching and how they will react.

The 27-year-old explained, "If that was my mom, if that was my sister, my spouse, anyone … I would’ve wanted someone to step in and do something about it.”
