I'm new to M3post and I'm addicted ...

Is it just me or are some of you addicted to M3post forums. I just signed up two weeks ago (just got an M3 two weeks ago) and this is like the new Facebook for me. I can read threads all day and night and time just flies sitting here. Some of the topics are crazy this is too fun.

Compared to the other BMW or M3 forums, M3post is very clean, entertaining, and educational.

Welcome, you'll see that we are very mature and level headed. We don't argue stuff like DCT, MT, ZCP or EDC. There are no trolls on this forum and most if not all of us use the search function all the time. We listen to each other patiently and in most cases we end up agreeing on the same point. Not like any other forums, this one has NO repeated subjects. Once a thread opens and closes you won't see the same subject again, ever. One thing I love about this forum too is that if a guy (or a girl, this forum is full of hot ladies too) asks a simple question that reading the manual just once would have answered it, we don't jump on him/her (although if it was a HER we would literally do) but rather we slowly and politely point him to the page and line in the manual. Again as I said, welcome.

Heh, addicting indeed. Our productivity level (work/job-wise) is down the toilet!

Indeed. For a while, was on 4 or 5 different forums, but wound up settling in this one only. Now, only if I can force myself to forum a little less each day...

And you will also start spending more money on mods for your car the longer you read. Especially if you go into the sub forums

Exactly. And just remember you are a pussy if you choose DCT.

Thanks for the greetings guys!

Sameh: So far I've seen A LOT of 6MT vs DCT arguments lol, i must say thats one of the most interesting conversations to get into.

Prince of Persia: I've heard many many great things about DCT. I even test drove about 3 of them and it was the biggest headache to choose between both transmissions. IMO even if its a bit faster and a whole different experience than 6MT, I like the 6MT a whole lot better. Maybe thats just my age doing the talking. I am 22 just graduated out of University last week. I've owned many cars since I was licenced at 16 but this is my First M3, Second BMW, second 6MT.

Lol... This place is fun, ridiculous, addicting, retarded, intelligent at times, but all in all, it reminds me of my beautiful car sitting in the garage when I'm unable to drive it which is why I'm here

welcome! now since you're new, as part of your initiation into the forum, kindly please start the following *new* threads:

a new '6MT is for real men, DCT is for losers' thread,
a new 'My M3 sucks, I want a P-car' thread
a new 'DSC is for weenies' thread
and a new 'How do I launch my M3 without reading the user manual and just pressing random buttons' thread...

Oh and this is an absolutely brilliant forum - I think I always have it open ... and am addicted for life. You'll also find that almost every thread ... turns into a DCT vs 6MT "debate" ..
