What Should This Build Cost?

I went looking for an M3 Sedan this weekend, but couldn't find one that fits what I am looking for. So I think I'm going to order one. I am curious what you guys think I should be looking for in terms of price:

M3 Sedan
Alpine White or Silverstone
Fox Leather
Heated Seats
Sat radio
iPod/USB integration

I think built out that's $60,9XX w/ delivery, gas guzzler, etc.

Invoice is around $55,000 (add $2175 for GGT and Destination)... work from there.

Edmunds puts Invoice @ $55,790 (incl destination and GGT) and a fair market value of $56,772.
