Any more videos by any chance? Am I bugging or does it really sound bland. Its just.... loud.. with no specific tone or sound to it... where as you can hear the distinctive sound in the AA, Eis, etc etc.. Get what Im saying? Maybe the midpipes make the difference but I would think that the mufflers would play a big role in making that kind of sound

There is only so much you can do with a straight through muffler before the engines natural characteristics come in to play in regards to sound. Can that be changed? Yes, but you start compromising performance. With that said, the video doesnt do a great job of capturing the sound of the exhaust, especially when its on the dyno.

Im sure Josh wont mind meeting up with you to hear it. I do have someone coming in this week to have the full system installed though but I dont know the exhaust time/day. You best bet is to meet up with Josh and drive/hear the car. The power difference is significant.

Sure thing man. I have to admit. After making this exhaust, it made me want to go pick up an M3 for myself. Once I sell the 24gt, I'm most likely going to pick one up.

Dont get me wrong, this is probably the exhaust for me and I completely understan what you mean about the sound.... Im positive the camera and my shitty speakers dont capture/display the true sound of the exhaust. This is something you need to hear (and im sure feel) in person to appreciate.... its too bad i cant come check it out in person =(

Regardless of how it sounds in the video I think the RPI axle back sounds fantastic in person. Like RPI said there is only so much you can do with a straight through design.

The full RPI GT exhaust is super raw, raspy, and metallic sounding. At full throttle it sounds like a Ford V8 with turndowns. But it makes a lot more HP than the axle back.

All the exhaust components can be ordered here: http://shoprpi.com/index.php?cPath=21_22_30_42

There is a waiting list so you guys may have to wait a little bit. For those who are on the group buy, you can call to make the purchase or enter "M3 GBC" in the customer comment section when you order. Those on the group buy will receive a free set of our intake scoops.
what group buy? is it too late to join the group buy? I was there last Saturday and heard this RPI exhaust both axle back and full gt exhaust and until now I can't stop thinking about it! Now I'm so anxious to get it ASAP!

Hey Eloy I'm in, if there is still a group buy!

Way, WAY better sound quality than the previous videos for some reason.

It sounds great there, muscular but with a slight exotic tone to it.

No, I had to go back to the valley to get ready for the wedding! I wasn't even planing on purchasing the exhaust, I couldn't resist.

I'm most likely going down to RPi on Saturday to dyno. I feel the crazy amount of power, I'm positive the dyno will look beautiful. I'll keep you guys posted.

Fellas...I drove Josh's car yesterday and it's Fkkkkkkkkkn Sick!

The torque has been improved so much it shocked me as I was race shifting and completely missed a shift. It's like a chainsaw. I can definitely feel the improved weight balance too.

Also what impresses me even more than the HYPNOTIC SOUND and INCREASED POWER and TORQUE is the look of the pipes from a rear vantage point. It just looks AGGRESSIVE AND MUSCULAR. You gotta see it in person to understand.

Both my buddy and I decided within 5 minutes it was a must have for the car.

Great job Eloy!

If you stop by the shop today or Friday, we will have a few M3s for you to hear and if the owners permit, allow you to test drive. Call the shop.
