Still pass smog with test pipes?

Sorry if this is a repeat question, I searched and didn't find an answer.

I live in Colorado and they do an OBD2 scan and run the car on a dyno for emissions, along with a visual inspection.

Will the car run cleanly enough with the secondary cats to pass?

Are the test pipes visible on the visual inspection?

Can you bolt the primary cats back in place just for testing if you need to?

TIA!

if you can see than yes. If they look under the car it's pretty obvious.

get a full x pipe if you're concerned with swapping back and forth although I'm sure you could have the test pipes swapped back and forth if needed. Maybe even put some V band clamps on them and make it really easy.

They usually use a mirror on a stick. How much is the X pipe vs the test pipes? Might be more cost effective to V band the cats and test pipes vs buying an X pipe...
