I bought these new from a buddy awhile back but I believe he said the company was called RB Carbon Fiber or something like that.

Update/Disclaimer: Unfortunately since a couple people have said "will send payment asap" but didn't the carbon lip and diffuser are now on a first pay first served basis. Please don't consider it yours until you send payment and hear from me that it is in fact yours.

Click on his iTrader number over under his username and fill in all the fields. Its definitely the right thing to do because it lets others know if the "seller" is trustworthy or not.
