Wondering if anyone have use BMW of Alexandria at Pickett St. The NEWS is that they are the same BMW of Arlington at Crystal City.

Any Service, Sales or Parts Feedback is useful,Good or Bad

Just got my rear diff fluid changed there. Nicer facility, and they seemed to be on top of things. Took about an hour.

They did my software recall, don't have many complaints. Yet... Damian is a good SA to talk to.

I had Damien also, good guy. Knew exactly what I was talking about with the chattering rear end. Changed the oil and it's much better now.

They are the same. They just moved from Crystal City to Alexandria.
