Anybody running ZCP springs with non ZCP struts?

Hi guys,

I tried searching but couldn't find the answer to this.

I'm currently running Eibach springs on my E92 M3, non ZCP and non EDC (shaved top mounts and E36 M3 bump stops installed too, to restore full strut travel).

I love the way the car rides and handles, but I think the car looks a bit too low sometimes. I'm thinking of replacing the Eibach springs for ZCP springs but keep my non-ZCP struts with it.

Has anybody else run ZCP springs with non-ZCP struts? How does it ride and look? Will I still get the 10mm lower-than-stock ride height? I understand this comes from the springs?

Thanks in advance!

I think you are crazy! Eibachs yield a very conservative and practical ride height. I also loved the ride quality of the eibachs when I had them. You really wouldn't gain much by making the change.

There aren't ZCP springs. Springs are specific for the weight of each individual M3, based on equipment.

ZCP cars have different dampers and the rear spring pad may be shorter.
